4.0 out of 5 stars Lesser one is just fine I bought this more expensive one after using up the less expensive version that is just oil and mint (no vitamins). I feel like the other one did a better job of whitening and this one is just fine, but for me it isn’t worth the extra money to have the vitamins that I can tell. I don’t have gum issues, I’m just crunchy and don’t use fluoride or anything else they say we should use because I now know better. :)I will finish this bottle and go back to the other one. I also may alternate every other or every 3rd. Overall the action of oil pulling is great and I can’t see myself ever not doing it. I have been using this product every morning for the past month, and my gums have significantly improved. No longer have receding gums, and they do not bleed after flossing.The label says to use one tablespoon, but that seemed like a lot for me. I filled the cup to the 10 instead of 15, and that worked perfect. The label also says to increase swishing time until you are at 10 minutes. I am super busy in the mornings and don’t have 10 minutes to swish oil. I have only been doing 2 – 5 minutes and have still seen significant improvement.I’m my opinion, it tastes awful. I also haven’t noticed any significant whitening of my teeth since using it.Overall, with the results I have gotten with my gums, I recommend this product if you have minor receding gums or bleeding gums. 13 people found this helpful

I have Sjogrebs syndrome, so I don’t produce enough saliva which takes a toll on my teeth/ gums. This stuff is leaves a gentle mint on the breath, and I feel less dry after using it. I went to a new dentist recently and they did xrays etc. My gums are receding [some 7mm] and she wanted to do a deep clean for about $800. Also, apparently my tooth enamel is eroding. She wanted to put some sort of substance on my teeth that would cost about $6200.So I started looking for a cheaper and more natural solution. Dentist recommended Therasol mouth wash and water pik as well. Using therasol with water in the water pik.I got a water pik but haven’t used it yet. I bought toothpaste for perio issues that I use once a day in the morning, and a toothpaste for enamel building that I use at night – Biorepair that I bought here.At the same time, I bought Gurunanda. I started oil pulling as soon as I get up in the morning a few weeks ago. its a bit of a difficult habit to get into, but I was motivated. So I started doing 15 minutes and that is my goal each day to do 15 minutes as soon as I wake up w/o drinking or eating anything. Then I brush my teeth, floss, and use a tongue cleaner.I noticed a difference w/in the first few days. My gums were getting pinker and whiter. Also, my teeth feel smooth and its been about a month since I had them cleaned.I also stopped using my sonicare toothbrush, which I think was causing gum recession. Maybe I was using it too aggressively. I bought a perio toothbrush and brush more gently now.I am now of the mind that while brushing is important, there are other ways to keep tartar off of your teeth. Oil pulling is one of them. Also, apparently 33% of the bacteria in your mouth is on your tongue, so it makes no sense not to use a tongue cleaner.I haven’t been back to the dentist yet. I will schedule a cleaning for a few months down the road. I think she maybe a bit upset that I am not going ahead with her $7000 plan for me. But, I do believe that I will be a lifetime oil puller because it makes so much sense. I also read an article on the NIH website about oil pulling and it has been proven to kill bacteria in the mouth. Different kinds of oil kill different bacteria. Gurunanda has 3 kinds I think, and they would all kill different bacteria. So, am sticking with this brand. It would be a bit cheaper if one mixes ones own oils, but I don’t really want to get into doing that. Life is busy enough. And, I know that this brand works, because I can tell from how my mouth looks and feels.Make sure not to spit it down the drain, as that will cause clogs. I carry a tall plastic glass around with me as I oil pull in case I gag. But, so far, so good.Happy Oil Pulling! I really like this product and recommend it. I do not have bleeding gums but apparently brushing my teeth too much or too hard can cause that issue. I have yet to see any improvement on the whitening side as gums do not grow back. The taste is not the best but very tolerable in my view. I highly recommend you use this product when you shower as the time will go by faster, it can get a bit tiering swishing for 15-20 mins. I started with 5, then 10 and eventually work my way up to 20 mins daily, I do have to spit it out and take some more as when it mixes with your saliva it becomes like water and may feel funky in your mouth.So far so good, Im hoping the whitening capabilities reflect the constant use of this product. I may add that the tongue scraper bonus was a nice addition. For the time being, I wish it was a little bit cheaper as if done daily it can get pricy over time. I assume you will need a 5-6 bottles to notice the results oil pulling suggest. Yet I have not seen any improvements. 4 people found this helpful

It does a great job too but really like the minty flavor in this product. It makes it more pleasant. Does a great job whiting teeth and healing the gums. 4.0 out of 5 stars Hypersensitivity to peppermint oil My husband and I wanted to try a new teeth routine and decided to add this to our routine. The taste isn’t the best, but isn’t the worst. I was doing it for 2 minutes. He does it for 5 minutes. I don’t know the effectiveness of this product as after 3 days I developed horrible mouth ulcers along my upper gums throughout my whole mouth. We only did it at night, so not twice a day. After researching, it seems some people may have a hypersensitivity to peppermint oil. So if you believe you may have a sensitivity to it I would not try this. Or just be aware, that you may be sensitive without even knowing it. It’s been 2 days since I’ve stopped doing it and I’m in a tremendous amount of pain. I can only eat liquid foods like protein shakes or very plain foods with low spice and sodium levels. We have had to purchase special mouthwash for mouth injuries and oragel to help temporarily relieve the pain. Just be aware. In the last several years I have struggled with having periodontal pockets that I have had to get treated with a very deep cleaning (can be painful sometimes and expensive). Even with regular care I was still getting them. It was awful and painful. I am SO GRATEFUL that this product was strongly recommended. I decided to give it a chance and I have been using it for almost 2 years now I have not had that issue since. My teeth and gums have never been better!! Doesn’t burn like regular mouthwash. It gets rid of bad breath and coated tongue right away. I had receding gums which caused sensitivity, and with a combination of a mineral toothpaste, got rid of that too. So pleased with the results. Tongue scraper and toothbrush are a nice plus. I started out switching for two minutes and worked my way up to 10. I’ve had dental issues since I’ve been a little kid. And I had dark spots in between my two front teeth.(Tooth decay) which is now disappearing! I’ve tried the prescription toothpaste I’ve done everything that the dentist said, and continuously had to keep going in with more issues (wonder why 🙄$$)This is the best alternative, if you have teeth issues like I do!! HIGHLY recommend!!!Keep in mind it’s coconut oil 🥥 So you want to spit it into the trash not your sink! It’ll eventually harden up and clog your pipes. 5.0 out of 5 stars Fast acting and refreshing I’ve had a pain in my lower gums recently, and due to genetics I also have receding gum line, and suddenly noticed a sore below my gums on my lower teeth and started researching remedies and discovered oil pulling. I saw this product when doing research, and after going over reviews decided to give it a try. Since I was eager to get a Jumpstart on relief before this was delivered, I started with plain coconut oil which was soothing, then received this product the next day. I’ve used it 2 days in a row now, and the pain is pretty much gone and the affected area seems to have rapidly healed. Aside from that, my gums and mouth in general feel more refreshed than usual and super excited I discovered this.I personally don’t think it tastes bad as other reviewers stated, it’s a little hard trying not to swallow little bits while swishing, but tolerable.As long as this is added to your daily routine and used properly, seems like a really great thing so far!*Day 5 update: I’ve been using this consistently for 5 days (which is surprising to me because when I buy some new product that changes and adds time to my routine I fall out of it quickly or forget), I usually drink coffee in the morning THEN brush my teeth but when doing research I found it’s best to do oil pulling first thing in the morning before drinking anything-even water, eating or brushing teeth, so my routine changed by using this for 10 minutes upon waking, spit out, swish with warm salt water, brush teeth, then have coffee – then brush my teeth again cause I don’t want coffee breath. Anyways, besides the slight routine change, which I don’t mind because I love this stuff, I still have nothing but good things to say. My gums already look and feel healthier, it seems like a hidden miracle product and wish I discovered it a long time ago. Before when flossing, there were a few teeth that bled and after a few days of using this, I haven’t noticed that happening either.My teeth look to be getting whiter also which is a plus!! I was skeptical at first but was in a position where I needed to enhance my teeth and gum care routine and willing to give it a shot and glad I did – if you’re contemplating…just do it and you’ll be glad you did too! The directions say to start swishing for 2 minutes and work your way up to 10 minutes, I started out with 10 minutes and have been able to keep up with that and goes by quickly after starting the swishing – by the time I get coffee going and check a few emails, the 10 minutes is up. I will try to continue to add updates as I see progression.*2 week update- still using consistently and love this stuff, my teeth are gradually looking whiter and my gums feel so much healthier, I wish they sold it in bigger bottles! 5.0 out of 5 stars I really notice a difference – perfect for sensitive gums I knew about oil pulling since the “alternative healthy lifestyle” trend back in the late 2010s but didn’t really continue doing it since I didn’t like having to deal with coconut oil either being too hard to scoop out or too melted to pour out and not make a mess with. I saw a lot of influences using this and I can tell you this genuinely works. I have issues with receding gums because of Invisalign and health issues not giving me enough energy to do a full dental routine. I’m always put off flossing and used to just brush my tongue with my toothbrush but after trying this in the morning before brushing my teeth, my gums aren’t bleeding or sore after I floss them, which makes it a whole lot easier to have the motivation to keep flossing them twice a day. The flavor is tolerable and it’s very easy to measure out how much you need with the included measuring cup. It’s easily rinsed with warm water and my mouth health has improved literally after one use. I wish they made bigger bottles of the original formula for this price, but the benefits are just too good to not get this. One person found this helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars Consider This Skeptic Impressed! I’ll be honest, I didn’t expect for this to work at all. I’ll be even more honest, I literally rolled my eyes while swishing this around during my first try because I thought it was a pointless endeavor. I have been dealing with a very inflamed gum line for years now and, to make matters worse, they have begun receding over the last year. The receding isn’t anything major, but it’s been enough to throw me into an anxious fit. I refuse to step foot into a dentist office until I’m fully vaccinated, so I’ve been forced to seek other treatment options. I have tried numerous mouth washes and rinses, to no avail. I even stepped up my game with flossing, brushing, and purchased more high-end products. Still, no noticeable improvement (I’m positive the frequent brushing and flossing has helped me, don’t get me wrong, but the visible symptoms remained the same). Finally, I did a little extra research and found a few articles on Pulling Oil. Figured, “What do I have to lose?” Purchased a single bottle, expecting to throw it out in a week or two. Now? I’m on the verge of purchasing another bottle, assuming the improvement continues with the rest of this first one (I’m a little over halfway done).To be more specific with the improvements: My gum line is still inflamed, but the shade of red has reduced significantly. The first day, I only used the product for two minutes before spitting, then five minutes the following day, and then ten minutes every day afterward. I began using this exactly one week ago, so the fact that the inflammation is already going down has been a pleasant surprise. Not only that, but little areas of my gums are beginning to slowly re-connect with my teeth. I can tell it’s a slow process that will take time, but I’m just pleased to see a process happening at all. My breath also no longer smells, something I have always been self-conscious about. If I had one con, it’s that my teeth haven’t gotten whiter in any way. Whether this changes, who knows, but I didn’t buy it for that purpose (there are great teeth whitening pens for that).My recommendation: Be patient! It took five days before I noticed even the slightest difference, then two days more before I really saw any actual improvement. If you’re hoping to see great results fast, you’re setting yourself up for failure and disappointment. Give it time, use it once a day for ten minutes, and don’t take a day off. Swishing this stuff around in your mouth for ten minutes a day can be tedious, but you’ll get used to it after two or three days. I’m always pleased when it goes into my mouth dark, then comes out a much lighter shade. The taste isn’t the best, but it’s not so bad that I can’t tolerate it, and it smells nice (I accidentally spilled a few drops on my bathroom counter and it made the entire bathroom smell great). Also, make sure you’re practicing other good oral health habits. I bought an Oral-B electric brush and use it twice a day for three minutes after lunch and dinner with Sensodyne toothpaste (note: wait at least thirty minutes after eating before you brush, as brushing immediately after is bad for the enamel). I also purchased sensitive brush heads. I floss directly after every meal and snack using Oral-B Glide floss picks (in my experience, that brand of floss picks pull out debris better than other picks or standard string floss), and clean my tongue with a stainless-steel tongue scraper I also bought from Amazon (I use it three times a day, six to eight scrapes per use). I don’t rinse my mouth after brushing because it removes a lot of the paste, I just spit well and wipe the outside of my mouth, then scrape off toothpaste from my tongue using the scraper. But DO spit out AND rinse the Pulling Oil right after using. Also, I always use the oil after flossing but before brushing, as the directions instruct.I’ll be updating this in a week or two when I finish the bottle (I know a lot of people say this and never do, but you can bet on it). For now? Five stars.–UPDATE #1 – April 7th, 2021.Exactly one week later and I bring good news! Inflammation has continued to go down, leaving me with a very dark shade of pink at the gum line, as opposed to full-on red, and I actually think this product might stop me from using the term ‘inflammation’ in a matter of weeks. There was a strange two-day period where it looked like my gums were somehow starting to regress, but the following day suddenly showed really fantastic results. It seems like when the changes kick in, they *really* kick in. My teeth have also gotten a little whiter since my last review, but only slightly. I still wouldn’t use this for teeth whitening, if that’s your main objective, but that’s just me. My gums also hurt so much less when I brush. If the good results continue, I definitely see myself making this a regular part of my oral hygiene routine. As someone who thought I would toss this in the trash after a week and move on to other products, I’m stoked. Again, five stars. I still have another tablespoon (just under 15ml) worth of oil left, but I went ahead and ordered more. I’ll update again in another two weeks. If I see a significant difference before then, I’ll update sooner.–Update #2 – May 18th, 2021.Whoops, I’m a little late! Guess I lost track of time. As I got closer to finishing my second bottle, I noticed that my oral health seemed to be regressing. My gums were starting to bleed and the inflammation was slowly coming back. I have two theories: 1. Using too much of the product for too long can actually have a reverse effect and cause some damage to your oral health because good bacteria is being removed with the bad, or 2. My oral health improved with the help of this product, but it was only going to do so much before I absolutely needed to get a professional cleaning from my dentist. Personally, i think it’s a combination of both.Fortunately, I had already scheduled a dentist appointment by the time I reached the bottom of the second bottle and was able to get a proper check-up. I was shocked to find out I just needed a basic cleaning and not a deep one. Personally, I’m convinced I would have needed the more invasive (and more expensive) cleaning had I not used this product at all. The inflammation was terrible before I tried this, but it now looked like it was a little beyond the beginning stages when I went to the dentist. Even better, you can barely tell I have any inflammation at all after I got the regular cleaning. I really do think this pulling oil and the cleaning saved me from a worse outcome. I shudder to think what my dentist visit would have been like had I not given this stuff a shot. Is it a miracle worker? I wouldn’t go that far. But it works. It reduced a lot of the inflammation and even slightly whitened my teeth. If you can’t visit the dentist anytime soon, whether it’s because of the pandemic or a lack of insurance and the hefty price tag that can sometimes come with those appointments, I recommend giving this a shot. From personal experience, I don’t think it will completely eliminate the problem, depending on the severity, but I would certainly wager that it will reduce the impact that problem might otherwise cause and keep it at bay for a certain amount of time. Be sure to monitor your developments, though. As I mentioned earlier, it seemed to work great until it didn’t (nearly two whole bottles later) and you don’t want to reverse your progress by overdoing it, if that is indeed a possibility with this product. It’s possible something else caused the subsequent bleeding and inflammation, as I did make a few changes with medications and my diet around that time.I don’t see myself using this regularly, but I do see myself purchasing it every three months as an extra cleaning for my mouth. I thought about reducing my rating to four stars, but I’m going to stick with the five I initially gave it. No, it didn’t completely cure my gum issue, but I didn’t expect it to and it still helped in significant ways until I felt safe enough to make a dentist appointment. 5.0 out of 5 stars Thrilled Let’s start off with I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. The noises of the tools and drills send me into an absolute panic. I also have a tongue and lip piercings that are a pain to take in and out.I saw this product pop up on my tiktok For You Page one day and haven’t stopped thinking about it sense ..I don’t have the greatest teeth. My gums have receeded and are bleeding, I have stains and cavities, and it’s hard to brush around a permanent sublingual retainer.When I say that my gums have stopped randomly bleeding or bleeding so much when I brush it and understatement. Now I know I will need to go to the dentist for the cavities but I’ve noticed they aren’t as prominent either after only 2 days. I started swishing for 5 mins. I turn it into a little dance party. I am able to swish for 10 minutes but the taste takes some getting used to, my teeth and gums look healthier. I hope it delivers as effective at my next Periodontist appointment. 4.0 out of 5 stars I was like how much more often do I need to be … The first thought of having a spoon of oil in my mouth made me sick. I even started using this pulling oil about 2 weeks after I received it just because I didn’t want to start.I floss and and mouthwash everyday twice a day and my gum just bleeds all the time. When I went to the dentist, they said that I needed to floss more often, I was like how much more often do I need to be when I floss twice a day everyday already. So, I decided to try a holistic and natural way.I was having such a hard time trying to open the bottle cap, it took me literally 20 minutes to open the bottle and I even used a scissor and a cutter, it just won’t open (I broke a couple of fingernails in the process).I used 15ml the first time and it honestly wasn’t as bad as I expected. It didn’t have an oil smell or greasy taste, it has peppermint taste to it and it actually was pleasant at the beginning. I decided to keep on swishing until I’m done showering, I feel like it’s easier to swish while you multitask because you’ll keep your mind off swishing oil in your mouth. I did say it was pleasant in the beginning it’s because the oil after you swish 5 minutes transformed into a thick almost gooey like and harder to swish. However, I’m glad the peppermint taste is still there all the way through the swishing process. When I spit it out in a garbage bin, the oil color changed into a yellowish white color.My mouth and teeth wasn’t greasy as well after I spit it out. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t brush your teeth. I’ve been using Natural Tooth & Gum Powder with Activated Charcoal to brush my teeth with this oil because I tried regular toothpaste, it didn’t feel squeaky clean as the Charcoal Tooth Powder. Both oil and powder helps with my gum bleeds as well. I still floss religiously as well, maybe I don’t need to but it became a habit of mine, also it helps me see if my gum still bleeding or not.I’ve been using this pulling oil for a month 4-5 times a week and I see I have less and less plaque and whiter brighter teeth. Also, I use 15ml each time, I tried to use more but like I said, when the oil changes forms, it’s harder to swish and more liquid that’s harder to swish is a big no no for me. 15ml is the perfect amount. 5.0 out of 5 stars Breath stays fresh all day I have been using this product for about 2 weeks and WOW, what a difference.I will begin by saying I was oil pulling with straight coconut oil for a week before I started trying GuruNada and I hated it. It was to thick and made me want to throw up.The GuruNada is the perfect consistency and the subtle mint flavor helps as well. I have no problem swishing for ten minutes. I do it when I hop in the shower.I wanted to try it because I noticed I would have to brush my teeth pretty often throughout the day to keep my breath fresh. Since I’ve started using it in the mornings my breath stays fresh all day. My teeth feel clean and I also don’t wake up with bad morning breath anymore. My gums do not bleed from flossing anymore either.The tongue scraper was a nice addition, I had never used one, but I will keep it in the routine. I believe it is helping with the breath as well.I haven’t noticed a difference with how white my teeth are, but thats not why I got it. 17 people found this helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars A great product. When I purchased this product I had already been using coconut oil for ‘pulling’. While under normal circumstances that was enough, but what I had going on needed a better solution. The background to why I needed this had to do with a med reaction. I was given a med after surgery for a kidney stone. After only a couple doses it left my mouth and throat feel like it had been burnt. I was unable to eat and liquids felt like razor blades going down my throat. I tried salt water rinses, coconut oil pulling, without any relief. Internet research led me to seek a turmeric mouth rinse. As I scanned products, I came across this. It had great reviews and sounded promising. I used it twice daily after receiving it. By the 5th usage I noticed a couple things; one, the big one is my gums and tongue were not scarlet and the pain was starting to get better. The other thing that was a unexpected bonus, a few teeth that had permanent stains were clear of them. With my mouth finally healed, I’ve noticed that my teeth are whiter, cleaner. There have been episodes where it looks as if debris, for lack of a better word, is being removed with flossing. I’ve used this product for less than a month, but I’m very pleased with the results that I’ve seen so far. The fact that it healed my mouth so I could eat, drink and taste foods and liquids again certainly made me a happier person. 10 people found this helpful

After having struggled with gum disease for over thirty years enduring multiple oral surgeries and standard dental treatments, I did not have much hope this would work. Almost immediately I saw and felt a difference. The taste reminds me a little of cod liver oil but wasn’t too bad once I got used to it. I typically swish the oil around my mouth for 5 to 10 minutes, spit it out into a wad of paper towels, rinse, then brush my teeth. After rinsing, I was amazed at the gunk I spit out and within a few days of use my gums started to turn a healthy pink color and tighten around my teeth. My mouth feels and smells fresher and no more bleeding gums. I kid you not, this oil treatment seems to be healing my gums and enhancing my overall oral health in a way that conventional dental treatment never did. I intend to use this for life!Update 8/7/21: I’m on my fourth bottle and keep seeing benefits. I’ve learned to be patient and consistent. I let myself get a little impatient, and started adding other stuff to my oil pulling regimen hoping to speed up the healing process. That’s when I started to regress a little and even experienced some pain that I had not had before. Now I understand that I’ve suffered from oral issues for years, and I know it will take time to see maximum results. 5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for my braces I wish I would have not been so excited when receiving this package lol I used most of the free things they sent me but the pulling oil is great I have used the original pulling oil original version but I got the advance one because why not it is more minty but works the same as far as making your teeth feel super clean and make my braces very shiny I usually gargle while I am in the shower it equals up to 20 minutes and I don’t think about it so the time goes by fast…… they included a care package that had their concentrated mouthwash. Some tooth pickerS. And a soft bristle toothbrush…. I never knew how expensive The items they sent were until I went on the website so the fact they sent that for free is a amazing and a great surprise .. when it was mailed I thought Amazon sent me the wrong item until I read thE thank you note… with or without that I would have still been a consistent buyer but that definitely made me more pleased with the company !!!! 3 people found this helpful

But for whatever reason I could never figure out why my gums were so bad.After countless dentist visits to no avail, trying all kinds of different toothpastes and mouthwash my gums are FINALLY not bleeding anymore when I brush or floss after using this stuff for just 2 days! I’ve read about oil pulling over the years, and after a recent dental cleaning, I’ve decided to add it to my oral hygiene routine. First off, the oil is very smooth and there is a very faint minty taste. Swish a teaspoon of oil around the inside of the mouth (there is a tiny cup included) for 5 minutes daily, and then work your way up to 10 minutes. (Spit the oil in the TRASH, NEVER the sink or toilet!). Then follow it up with the included tongue scraper, brushing and flossing! Voila! I’ve read that results should be obvious between 2-3 months of regular use! This oil is perfect for reducing toxins in the mouth, preventing tooth decay, the treatment of bleeding gums, and other oral health issues that may arise due to genetics, laziness or a combination of both. :-)The ingredients are: fractionated coconut oil, sesame oil and sunflower seed oil, with Peppermint (?) essential oil for taste. Keep in mind: The swishing of the oil naturally causes the mouth to produce more saliva! The solution will become thick and discolored, but this is NORMAL. 18 people found this helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars I keep ordering this In the last few years, despite taking really good care of my teeth, my gums have been receding. They are to the point where I have quite a bit of exposed nerve so I have to use a sensitive toothpaste and sometimes even a numbing cream before I brush so I’m not in pain. Anyway, I’m desperate, I don’t have dental insurance. So I’m willing to try anything and had heard about oil pulling. Unfortunately, it’s not doing anything for my gums in the receding department, but it is definitely making them healthier over all. I have no more gum inflammation at all. I don’t notice much in terms of teeth whitening either, but my mouth feels much more fresh and very clean when I use this. I use it for about 20 mins at a time and find it very easy to do, due to the fresh ingredients and the very mild but minty flavor of the oils. It doesn’t taste bad at all. I wish there was a bigger size because I go through it too fast and I also wish I could stop getting the tongue scraper every time because I’ve run out of people to give them to and don’t want to keep accumulating a stash of them. This stuff is exactly what it says it is and the ingredients are the best I’ve seen. I will continue to purchase until I stop being lazy and decide to make my own. 6 people found this helpful

3.0 out of 5 stars Big box small bottle Small bottle for the price. Toothbrush is very soft and has a rubber gripping. I didn’t need the tongue scraper already have one. Bought the advanced package because of all the other photos that have been displayed and was looking forward to getting a surprise package but very disappointed was looking to get a bag and several toothbrushes. The taste has a very mild mint flavor but don’t know if I will get again.

5.0 out of 5 stars THIS STUFF WORKS I bought this on a complete whim after seeing a TikTok. I was suffering from severe pressure problems in my mouth, jaw, and gums. For three days I could barely speak, open my mouth, or chew. I used this product once (swished for five minutes) and that discomfort was GONE immediately after and has STAYED GONE. The smell is pleasant, very light and minty. The taste is honestly nonexistent in my opinion. You do not need to violently swish like you would with a fluoride, a very light swishing movement for a few minutes is enough. I do suggest having a washcloth as you probably will dribble a little during the process.This may not be a fix for dental issues (broken teeth, cavities, etc etc)But it is a temporary solution to the discomfort they cause until you’re able to get proper treatment. 9 people found this helpful

4.0 out of 5 stars I think I just prefer coconut oil This is a good clean product and I like the brand but I’ve been oil pulling for years using organic cold pressed coconut oil (trader joes brand primarily) and adding a drop of organic food grade peppermint oil to my scoop and it gives me the freshest breath and the absolute whitest teeth. My dentist is always impressed. My kids do this regularly, they have gorgeous white teeth and no cavities. This brand didn’t give me the gleaming white smile I expected. I will finish it up maybe adding some peppermint oil to it or maybe share it with a friend. It’s not for me but not a bad product by any means. This product was perfect and actually worked even better for me. It doesn’t have any overwhelming tastes or leaves any uncomfortable sensations while swishing — I also found that it did a much better job at eliminating bad breath than mouthwash does.The only downside is that the viscosity of the oil is a little weird, so if you have sensory issues, that will for sure be a hard thing to get used to. Definitely make sure to use this before brushing your teeth or else your mouth will feel slick lol.
