I like the taste and have no difficulty in keeping it in my mouth for the 20-30 minutes. I do spit it in the garbage as recommended. I really like the tongue scraper. It is very heavy duty and works really well. I’ve had plastic ones in the past. This is soooo much better! I’ve only been using the product for a couple of weeks. I do feel my ttmeeth are getting bit whiter and they do feel cleaner. I will keep using and have recommended to family and friends. 8 people found this helpful

But his stuff is fabulous.I got a wonderful report from my dentist after just a few months.This was the first time, in a long time that I smiled all the way home. I never got good reports. My dentist had been trying to convince me to have some very expensive work done. I’m so happy I tried Guru Nada before I had that work done. I don’t need it now.Please use it for ten minutes each time as recommended. At first I thought it would be hassle but it wasn’t at all. I found plenty to do while I gargled. I found myself dreading and avoiding doing this important step in the mornings. I also tried the cinnamon flavored oil that guru nanda puts out but my teeth sensitivity came back while using that bottle. I’ll be sticking with this one from here on out!!! Makes a huge difference in my sensitivity when I skip days. I also bought the travel sticks so I can use this while on vacations or away for the night. I didn’t notice a big difference but hey, I’m whiter than when I started.Pro- I’ve been getting laser treatments at my dentist every 3-6 months to help me fight my gum disease. After using this once daily for 3 months and changing nothing else about my routine, my dentist saw a MAJOR improvement. I got it for the whitening but I’m buying my 2nd bottle because of the dental care.Pro- Since you’re not supposed to spit this down the drain, I walk out front and spit it on any weeds I may have in my yard. I’m not sure if it’s the Arizona sun cooking the oil on the weeds but my spit has been killing my weeds lol.Con- The taste makes me gag and shiver. every. single. time.Con- Because of the taste, the length of time you have to swish this kills me. 5.0 out of 5 stars This oral rinse is worth every cent. This oral rinse lives up to everything that is advertised. I could feel ingredients working during my first use. I rinsed for the 10 mins out the gate and I brushed my either mouth with it as well. I had a little plaque that came off right away in my back teeth and I was in awe. I have my whole family using that bottle and is every tiny for them and that younger scrubber is ideal with both ends for those with a gag reflex and I can use that to get my children accustomed to proper hygiene without so much of that crap the dentist out in our mouths. 🙌🏿 12 people found this helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars Yes. It works. I highly recommend. This is a great product. Noticeably whitened my teeth within 1st week (I didn’t even get it for that so, BONUS) Gum health has improved greatly. Teeth feel crazy clean. It pulls so much debris from between the teeth. It can be a challenge to swish for the full ten minutes and I’ve had to spit it out early because I thought I might barf (not from the flavor or texture though. They aren’t particularly bad so could just be a “me” thing. Try it & decide for yourself). I don’t think anyone would be disappointed with the results they get from this. 18 people found this helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars Magic Honestly, for anyone who has doubts on Oil Pulling, I cannot speak for just any oil but this one, I can 100% say it works. I have probably ordered close to 10 bottles now. I absolutely notice a difference in morning breathe when I am using this product. For those with good hygiene practices, you don’t even need to consistently use this everyday. When I first started, I used it 1-2 times a day for 7 days and already, the morning breathe was almost non-existent. I then can go about 1-2 weeks without using it (or just using it occasionally) along with good hygiene and the morning breathe is still gone. As soon as i sense even a little morning breathe, I go back to this for 1-3 days and problem solved. Truly cannot recommend this more. 24 people found this helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars Not sure just yet Well I saw the adds and the online results, so I said “OK just take a chance it might work” – so to be clear, I don’t drink coffee or smoke or any other things that cause teeth stains, and my teeth are in good shape, but I wanted to just try to see if they could be a little whiter – and after 2 weeks, I have only really noticed that my mouth just gets very oily. I do it for the recommended 10 minutes, so I’m swishing and swashing for 10 minutes and then I spit it out – and afterwards, I don’t reallly see a difference – now what I do notice is that my teeth feel a little rough, so I do the recomended teeth brushing and they do feel great after that, I can feel that they are definitely clean, but I don’t really notice a change in the shade – again my teeth are generally white, so maybe that is it, but nothing magic or amazing for me. I will keep using and doing the oily swish swash to see if there is any change after a month then update my review.OK **UPDATE** – So after 3 weeks and needed to visit my dentist for my 6 month cleaning that has actually been more like 12 months to be honest. I was sure she was going to tell me the that I was overdue for my cleaning and she would have to work double – to my surprise, she said things like — “OK Niceeee, we doing well, things are looking good” – and honestly I can say that while I can’t seem to notice the change, people who see me say “Oh wow your teeth look whiter: – So then I started to really look and I can see – So I will update my review to a 5 Star and I am buying 2 more bottles, one for myself, and one as a gift. 56 people found this helpful

Please read the instructions .My mouth felt fresh after using and the included tongue scraper is a nice addition. I highly recommend this product. Not for sure about the whitening.

Started using this stuff after my Dentist filled 3 cavities and crown. Left my breathe so fresh and got all of the out of reach gunk out of my mouth. I started with pulling for five minutes and gradually made it to the full ten. I did it once everyday and have definitely seen the results!! My teeth were much more white after two weeks and almost instant results of the health of my enamel. Highly recommend this product. It’s only been a couple weeks of coconut pulling every other day, but there’s been some pretty noticeable whitening already. I did coconut pulling a few years back with regular fractionated coconut oil, and it worked just as well as this. The added mint flavor is pretty nice though. Either way, coconut pulling has worked better than any whitening toothpaste I’ve ever used, and doesn’t contain the million carcinogenic additives that most whitening toothpastes have. 8 people found this helpful

Feels a little weird because I am use to Listerine and Scope. My teeth do appear to be a little whiter. Going to get a copper tongue scraper and see what happens.

I was super hesitant as it seemed weird to swish oil in your mouth but I’m here to say JUST DO IT. I have literally only been using this for one week and I’m already sold. My entire mouth just overall feels so clean and healthy ! The tongue scrapper is nice, I use it every morning first thing and before i start my rinse/brush routine & the toothbrush is the best toothbrush I’ve ever used, it’s SO gentle on my gums. I haven’t been able to swish for ten minutes as the instructions suggests yet. If I get any in the back of my throat I instantly want to throw up though so be careful. The one thing is it makes a huge mess and its oil so putting down the drain has caused issues. Nothing major but my sink starts to not drain properly. So be mindful of that. The toothbrush it came with, to me, was the gem of the whole package. The best toothbrush I have ever owned. I plan to purchase my future toothbrushes from this company. I have only used this rinse 3 times so far (only for 2 or 3 minutes each) and my mouth is noticeably cleaner. It feels like you just left the dentist for a cleaning. Even after eating and drinking you will feel fresh. My teeth are actually whiter already. My gumline feels cleaner too and doesnt get gunk buildup throughout the day like sometimes it would before. After like the first few days of rinsing with this mouthwash definitely add it to your routine your mouth cleansing routine and, you will benefit from it completely. The only thing is that once you stop using it you wish you had more gives you tongue scraper is excellent. Highly recommended and I have nothing negative to say about this product. I have I recommend that you get one get more than one for your house because once it’s gone, It makes you wish you had never had another mouth product. It’s all natural, which is absolutely wonderful for your health and it removes build up really quickly. This is certainly a 10 out of 10 for me.
